Open to students whose families are resident within the Waihou Piako zone rating area, wishing to study civil engineering or resource management with a particular focus on river and catchment management.
Up to $6000 for payment of university course fees may be awarded for one year. The Waihou Piako zone rating area (generally within Thames, Ngatea, Paeroa, Waihi, Te Aroha, Morrinsville, Matamata, Tirau and part of Putaruru).
