Open to full time students from the Gisborne or East Coast region who wish to be involved in the primary sectors.
The scholarship amount will be $2000.00 payable towards course costs/accommodation.
Students must be enrolled in a fulltime programme related to the primary industries (e.g. agriculture, horticulture, forestry, fishing), at a New Zealand University or Tertiary Institute in New Zealand. It is hoped that the scholarship recipient will return to the Poverty Bay region and contribute to its primary industries.
